I recently ordered a zune from No Better Deal. I was a bit skeptic because it cost significantly LESS than the same model from a store, but I ordered it anyway. It arrived last night. My sister helped me set it up and start it charging. Unfortunately, it did not work. :( I thought, Great! I'm out the cost of that plus its shipping. No zune for Joanna. Well, I called them this morning. Not only are they picking up the item (free of charge) but they will also be shipping a new as soon as the broken one arrives!
